Staff Spotlight - Caitlin Palgen

Caitlin Palgen joins us for her first summer. A native of Manhattan, IL, she's currently a student at the University of Illinois - Chicago studying pediatric nursing. She'll be joining our health staff, working along side our nurse to make sure that all of our campers stay healthy this summer.

Caitlin recently ran the Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago. She's also been spending some time at UIC's recreation center to go rock climbing as well as  helping a family friend, who is a third grade teacher, design lesson plans for her class. Of almost equal importance, Caitlin is an experienced softball player, having played in a fast pitch league for several years. The staff table and the "Overs' softball team are both looking forward to adding her skill and experience!
