Staff Spotlight - Dylan Jacobs

I am a junior, soon to be a senior, at Bradley University. My major is Interactive Media I have recently found a passion for creating special effects. When I graduate, I plan on being a technical director at a firm which does so. My long term goal is to eventually do effects work for Dreamworks, Pixar, or Insomniac.

I have spent a lot of this year getting better at both Piano and Guitar as well, which as of a few weeks ago, have started doing live at a coffee house with one of my fraternity brothers. I am the Senior representative for our fraternity standards board. This summer before camp, I am going to begin volunteering at the Peoria Animal Welfare Shelter (orientation is next Saturday), which I intend on continuing after I come back from camp next fall. This will be my tenth summer at North Star and I'll be instructing swimming and waterskiing at camp!
