More about Jeff

If you wrote an autobiography, what would the title be?

"My life today, because of North Star."

What TV show or movie are you ashamed to admit that you love?

Joe Dirt.  If it's on...I'm watching it.

Where is your favorite spot at camp?

The NSC Disc Golf Course!  Specifically Hole 11's tee overlooking Clear Lake.

What is your dream vacation?

Never been on a cruise...really want to do one (mostly for the buffets).

If you had a super hero power, what would it be?

Without a doubt, unlimited Teleportation.

If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

Superbowl 20.

What is your favorite quote from a movie?

"It just doesn't matter." - Meatballs

What's your favorite restaurant in the Hayward area?

The Delta Diner.  Close enough to Hayward, right?

What is your hidden talent?

I can create a little spit bubble on my tongue and blow it off into the air (about 1 out of every 10 attempts).

What advice would you give to someone coming to North Star for the first time?

Really make an effort to get to know people (both campers and staff), be inquisitive and ask a lot of questions.  Those who are interesting, are interested!

Share one notable camp memory:

The Canadian with cabin Manor in 2000, with a group of exceptional young men (including Andy), that I consider friends to this day.  What an amazing experience.  I hope to do it again some day.
